About the event
Yin yoga is complementary to our flow-based classes on the schedule and accessible for every yogi under the Sun! With the use of props, all levels and body types can feel comfortable in this quiet and contemplative practice. Yin Yoga is designed to increase flexibility with longer held poses and calm the body by tapping into the downregulation of the parasympathetic nervous system. We will clear out any tension we have, balance the subtle body and find alignment with this practice as well as the use of Pranayama breathwork.
Covid-19 protocols are in place, including, but not limited to, temperature checks, 8ft spacing between yoga mats, sanitization stations, and disinfecting of all high touch surfaces.
Please pre-book at least one hour before class.
There is also free parking on the 2nd level of the building access via rear alley.
